Terms and Conditions
  • Your card will be charged immediately when you place this order.
  • All discounts and coupons must be entered at the time of purchase.
  • Our policy is that you may change or cancel a class reservation up to 24 hours before the posted class time.  Canceling within the acceptable time will result in a one-time voucher code being sent to you to be put towards the cost of another class.
  • If you do not show up for your reserved class, and have not canceled at least 24 hours before the class start time, no refund will be issued, nor voucher sent.
  • If you use a voucher for a class and then miss that class, you cannot be issued a voucher for a vouchered class. That voucher is forfeited.
  • All payments for private parties must be finalized 24hrs before the scheduled event. This includes deposit and guest payments. The party host will be responsible for meeting the 15 person required minimum.
  • Deposits for private events are refundable only after the party has taken plane and upon request.
  • Swirlz Art Studio welcomes you to bring your own alcoholic beverages to enjoy during class.
  • We ask that you drink responsibly out of respect to your classmates, our staff, and the law.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in a warning or even removal from the class.
  • Please bring your reward card/military i.d. and present it when you check in for the class.  The discount amount will be due at check-in otherwise.  You do not need to bring a copy of the gift certificate to class.
  • If you would like to be seated with someone who has already made, or will be making, a separate reservation, enter the name that their reservation(s) are listed under in the Notes section before checkout.  We will make every effort to ensure that everyone in your group is seated together in the class.
  • If no seating request is made, available seating will be on a first come, first served basis.
  • Checkin begins 30 minutes before the class start time.
