Our private parties are the perfect way to celebrate and party with your closest friends and families! With our private parties, you don’t work around us, we work WITH you! You pick the date and the painting from our calendar and designs below! It couldn’t be easier!
Please be mindful a minimum of 15 participants is required for a party and all deposits and balances must be paid 48hrs prior to the party date.
A Swirlz Private Party is the easiest and most fun way to get a group of friends, family, or coworkers together to celebrate! Choose your favorite design from our gallery or email us to discuss a custom design (additional fee for custom designs).
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking a a private party. You may cancel a private party and receive a refund on your deposit up to 72hrs before the scheduled event. Any cancellation after 72hrs or no-show on a private party will result in a forfeited deposit. Your deposit may also be used to meet the 15 person minimum if your party falls short of participants.
